Fresh grated coconut (opt.)
Preparation
Method

Cut fruit into serving pieces and mix together.
- Mix
salad dressing made from yogurt, sugar, sald, and orange juice.

Pour dressing over salad and mix thoroughly.
- Cover
fruit salad and place in refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh grated coconut
just prior to serving.
