1 tbsp coconut flakes -- toasted

1 c pineapple chunks in juice -- drained

Preparation
Method

Mix all ingredients except fruit. Cover and refrigerate at least
2 hours to blend flavors. Sprinkle with additional coconut if
desired. Serve with fruit.
